UK standard delivery

Delivery is free of charge to the UK and Northern Ireland. BEAR orders will usually arrive in 2/3 days but allow up to five working days (orders placed after 4pm will be received the next working day)

Returns and refunds

If for any reason you would like to return goods, please telephone or email us quoting your order number. We cannot exchange/refund goods purchased over 30 days before. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights. With the exception of faulty goods, return postage, packing, and direct costs cannot be refunded. We try to process returns as quickly as possible, however please allow up to 21 days.

Liability

The total liability for any claim, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by BEAR.

By law, you also have the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item within seven working days of the item’s delivery to you.
To cancel your purchase under this cooling off period, please e-mail us or write to us, giving the reason for the return as ‘contract cancellation’. Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us so that we receive it within seven working days of the date that the item was delivered to you. For your protection, we recommend you use a recorded-delivery service. Return and original post and packing costs cannot be refunded.

Promotion codes

Where you use a valid promotion code, the following additional terms and conditions apply on the discounts:
- Discounts are only valid in the promotion period
- Discounts are only redeemable for purchases made on this website (bearnibbles.co.uk)
- Discounts are not refundable
- Only one discount may be used per customer per transaction.
- We reserve the right to end any Discounts at any time including prior to the advertised end date without notice.
