All BEAR snacks provide at least 1 of your 5-a-day, with each containing a minimum of 80g of fresh fruit & veg, and they are made from whole fruits and vegetables (we never use fruit juice concentrates). To find out more about how differently BEAR approaches snacks click here.

Sugars & Fibre

BEAR snacks only contain the naturally occurring sugars found in the fruit, veg and grains we use - so each snack contains less natural sugars than a fresh apple. Using the whole fruit and veg ensures they are also packed full of vitamins and minerals, and high in fibre. Fibre slows down the absorption of sugars into the body, giving you steady energy and keeping you fuller for longer.

for keeping teeth healthy - they said BEAR snacks have the same impact on dental health as fresh fruit as they are nibbled all in one go, meaning the saliva in our mouths can get to work restoring pH levels. Some top tips for dental health: try and eat your snacks with your main meal rather than nibbling throughout the day, have a drink of milk with your snack to help neutralise pH levels & clean your teeth twice a day with a fluoride toothpaste.
