We all need to try and eat our 5-a-day of
fruit and veg. Approximately 15g of Bear
Fruit nibbles or one Yoyo counts as one of
your 5-a-day. This equates to

80g of fresh fruit. (Each
fruit varies slightly)
1 of your 3 a day
You may not have heard about the whole
grain 3 a day. This is a new
recommendation
which is established in
the US and being
adopted across Europe.
Our Granola nibbles
contain one serving
of whole grain. This
equates to 16g of
whole grains.
The recommended intake of calories for men and women is 2250 & 1940. Most of these calories come from the main meals we eat each day but we all like to nibble which is why at under 100 calories BEAR is great.
