Dare to BEAR

Join the Dare to Bear team who are on a mission to BEAR with confidence this summer.

According to BEAR*, 90% of Brits (male and female) will need a confidence boost to flaunt it this summer. Whatever your weakness the BEAR will guide you to grrrreatness with daily tips on snack swaps and easy exercise ideas.

To follow the Dare to Bear challenge,

1) Say grrrr to unhealthy snacks for the next 3 weeks and make the swap them for healthy snacks like BEAR or fresh fruit. You can save yourself a marathon worth of calories before the first official day of summer on the 21 June.

2) Get your Heart Beat up…. whether you are out in the garden or cycling to work, find a way to fit in a daily activity over the next 3 weeks

BEAR will be out and about in the coming weeks to get you ready to BEAR, as well as letting you know exactly how much our nibbles can help.

    We are all getting ready to Dare to Bear…. ditch the unhealthy snacks with us in the run up to summer!
